AC consumption will be very high, the volume of the rooms are very high...
I don't think someone who buys this apartment will worry about his electric bill. But from an architectural point, high ceilings work better as heat rises, keeping the ground cool. Marble flooring will keep the ground also cooler. It's east west open which is great for cross ventilation. The beach is just 50 to 100 meters away with few buildings between. Westerly breeze has few hindrances keeping the air flow at maximum. During the summer months, you will use air conditioners, so maybe during those times the expenses might be more, which brings me to the original point, a person buying a 28 crores house, will not worry about a 50,000 monthly electric bill.
