I started listening because I thought it was ridiculous and funny. So I guess I was listening "sarcastically"? 😂 But soon figured out there are some ASMR folks that are truly excellent at what they do.
Reminders for everyone 🤍 - stay hydrated - get enough sleep - be thankfull for everything - say I love you to your family - talk with your friends - do your homeworks - take a shower - and smile !:)
I last remember being awake around 10:30 pm. I have a habit of staying up until 2-3 am everyday and I decided to try this. Next thing I know, I wake up at 6:27 am. 3 minutes before I have to wake up. Thanks so much. I’m definitely gonna do this again tonight. The 30 minute video really helped btw❤❤ Edit: 1/23/2023 It’s so shocking and cool how every single night, I don’t fail to fall asleep, like no joke, I have never gone 1 night without falling asleep to this.❤
