Bigfoot during 1995 ran an Alan Root 640ci engine, that's why Army said 640ci. Also, there was never a "max" or restriction on cubic inches, most trucks from this era were pushing well over 1200hp out of these big blocks, Big Foot 10 I believe was one of the few trucks at the time hitting 1400+ BHP along with Grave Digger, Samson, Bear Foot, and a few other trucks.
