I had an Iranian childminder growing up who I saw as a second mother. She would spend hours and hours in the kitchen cooking and i remember this dish vividly. I loved it back then and I still do! RIP

I had an Iranian childminder growing up who I saw as a second mother. She would spend hours and hours in the kitchen cooking and i remember this dish vividly. I loved it back then and I still do! RIP
