Luv the final msg " the more you study the more relatively ignorant you become ". Truthful words come out from the professor.

Haven't had time to watch but I support you. Had to watch this. Injured my back at work and have been left to die with no insurance and no workers comp. Miss my Martial Arts.

Fucking amazing conversation; Stuart McGill is a goddamn treasure. Robin, the only suggestion I have for future discussions like this where you/your guest might be kinetically active, is having microphones that are clipped to your shirts, rather than only based on the table. It was hard to hear you guys when Stuart gave live action examples like at around 36:10 with the necktie/dropstep situation. Hope you bring him back soon!

This is an absolutely amazing video. I always learn so much when watching Black’s videos. Please start a series with the Doc, maybe analyzing specific fighters movements and how they will relate to the opponents movement and how that might affect the ultimate outcome. Thank you for your passion Robin.

I haven't read McGill's book. But I did see him in that movie The Big Labowski.

Bisping is a perfect example of a fighter who has no pulse. There's stiffness in his arms throughout just about every punch
