Great video Ted! Photographing dancers...something I have been doing for quite a few years now. That's because I have 3 Granddaughters who are all in dance classes. The oldest, in High School has gotten very good and has been in a couple big productions over the past few years and it's always very rewarding and fun photographing her. Best of luck on the workshop, I know it will be great!
Shoot!!! I live in NYC, and this would have been perfect, but I’ll be in DC during that time. I absolutely love this idea-and dance. I actually wanted to be a dancer when I was younger (long story why that didn’t pan out, but I digress). Even though I never pursued that dream, my love for the art form has never faded. Dance always moves me deeply, and I get so emotional whenever I’m in its presence. Wishing you all the success with this venture! I hope it’s such a hit that you end up doing a part II. Fingers crossed!
The workshop looks amazing. I was hoping it was being run in DFW, given that you both are connected to Texas...I'll have to think about the extra costs of hotel and travel to NYC. Good luck!
Would just LOVE to join you as I’ve long appreciated dance as an art and the dancer(s) as subject in the art of photography. I’ll unfortunately be traveling but hope you’re able to offer similar in the future.
i usually take photos of a friend, he is an aerial artist, and love caching photos during the preparation, performance...ecc Unfortunately im soooo far away from New York 😢
What an opportunity! Such a beautiful theme ! That is a great idea for a workshop!

Take a look at the photobook "movement at the still point"
So, like a true photographer, you'll be… working with Light! 😀👏
Sounds absolutely amazing. Wish I could be there.
2:05 I was halfway expecting to hear you say, "I also want to note that I'll actually be dancing as part of this workshop." 😏
"Funk dancing for self-defence."
One of my daughters is a dancer. I love shooting dancers - such beauty and grace in movement.

Is there a chance to attend virtually? Getting a Visa to the USA is a nightmare, too expensive and a long waiting time.
Your dance photos in your book have inspired me to pursue this motif! Thank you, Ted!
Beautiful shots! Lovers of other Art Mediums make the best Photographer.
Ted where do you get your music? It feels wonderful when tied to this video. What artist is this?
What a fabulous opportunity! Sadly I'm destined to be in NYC a month later otherwise this would have serious consideration!
Excellent scarf hombre. Sounds like an excellent course that many people will learn and grow from.
On the subject of photographing dancers I recommend the book of underrated Magnum photographer - Gueorgui Pinkhassov's "Carnet d'opera"
So cool! I can't make this one but please host other experiences!

Oh man! We'd love to have you Claire - next time!

Sounds like a good opportunity to enjoy professional level help.
I live in New york but I’m Sad that I’m not going to be there that week
As always, a great video! But why are you talking so fast? Do you have something to do? Breathe, man! 😂
