No one has voted for Biden to be the official nominee yet, just a primary to see who the people are wanting, that will happen at the Democratic National Convention next month. It is given that a sitting POTUS in his first term will be selected for a second term by the party unless that POTUS was not effective in moving their agenda forward. Biden is a terrible POTUS from the very beginning and he has not, he cannot, perform well enough to suit his handlers (Progressives, lbgt blah blah blah, Marxists, Chinese communists) nor the democratic party, nor many voters. He is a lousy President, he cannot function as such anymore. Benjisawyer have you not been paying attention? So I think we will have to see a big change soon before the DNC, Joe must go. The question to be answered is who will replace him? Harris? Newsome? Buttigeig? They are all hated by more than half the population with the exception of Newsome who is hated by 98% of the people. So if Trump wins and takes office only for 4 more years it's not enough time to do any damage but maybe some genuine rebuilding of America and since he can't run again there is a good chance the Dems can reclaim if he doesn't follow through with his promises, right. If Biden does step down, he should also resign in order to make Kamala Harris both the first woman POTUS, but our candidate. It allows her access to the money the campaign has raised, she already has a good reputation within the party, and name recognition. Her one weak point may be foreign policy, which Biden could aptly fill as her Secretary of State.
