I love your nails! I just started collecting this month. I got a ball for my daughter's stocking at Christmas and thought they were so adorable! Since then I've gotten Series 2 & 3 collectors cases and a Toys collectors case. Can someone educate me on the collectors cases please? For instance, assuming there is a case to accommodate the entire collection of any given series/type, how many different cases are there - per series/type? Also, is there a Series 1 case? Of the Toy series, how do you know what "wave" each toy comes from? One last question, for now at least. 😉 I have a mini Toy Mini Brand ball but its not part of the Toys collectors case that I have. Where do I put it? I mean, does it have a home? Thanks for helping out the Newbie. 💕
I will answer all the questions in a few hours.
Every series, so far, has a Collector’s Case. That is just a small selection of items from that series, not all. That applies to Mini Brands Series 1, 2, 3 and Toy Mini Brands Series 1 & 2, not to Mini Fashion (at least not yet).
There is only one case per Series with the exception of a Mini Brands Series 3 case made exclusively for Claire’s Stores (Deluxe Collector’s Case Series 3). That much I know.
With Mini Brands or Toys or Mini Fashion there are no cases to accommodate entire collections but there are things that people repurpose for that use, for example: plastic boxes with compartments and lid, etc. Many people use displays to accommodate their collections, like spice racks, nail colors racks, custom made racks, etc.
Yes, there is a Series 1 case for Mini Brands and for Toy Mini Brands but it doesn’t says Series 1. Every Collector’s Case (with the exception of the first one for every series) says in the front if is Series 2 or 3.
To know what Series each toy comes from we use the Collector’s Guide. Every ball brings the Collector’s Guide corresponding to that Series.
Awww 😍 that poor mini Toy Mini Brand may not have a home in the Collector’s Case but it does have a home in your heart. You could use a ziploc bag for now as a “home”. You could also mark the bag with the Series number. 👍

I couldnt find the collectors case anywhere 😔
These past days I visited 6 different Target stores. They only put 3 Collector’s cases at once. No more. That is what I saw everywhere.

Will the mini brands be a good size for an 8” doll? I have a plush doll he’s about 8”(20 cm) in height and I want to get some minis to go with him. His name is Diego. I also make my own minis for him and I use these for inspiration

I think it is just terrible that they pack series 1 and series 2 together. You should be able to purchase them separately.
Yes, series 2 should be completely new, and not 3/5 series 1 toys. That is why they call this series 2, is it not? As it is, series 1,5 could have been called series 2... 🤔

I just realized (I am a bit slow) that all series 2.1 balls contain only two things that were not in series 1... That is why they have two pink and three white slizes 😓

Really don’t get why there would be any wave 1 items in a wave 2 ball, but Zuru always seems to put MORE items from the previous waves in their new wave balls. Seems like false advertising and a waste of money! @Zuru
