My profile pic is my beloved Tucker. I had 5 years with him and suddenly he started holding fluids the vet said lung cancer and heart tumor. He was found by a rescue group wandering the streets. I rescued him from a FB pic. He was the best. I love and miss him more I thought possible. I now have a new sweet beagle mix which has some similarities that make me think Tucker sent him to me. Dogs are amazing. I cannot imagine ever being without one.

How on earth do humans think that they have the right to harm or experiment on animals. When I watch these kind of videos I am always sickened by how someone can close off there hearts and be so uncaring. Thank you to the people who knew that the life of this beautiful angel was worth everything, if animals could talk I bet they would say YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT TO HURT ME

As a fellow BFP adopter, I'm sobbing with happiness for Manny but sadness for the Skylar Family who lost a beloved dog too soon due to animal testing. I'm so happy that he was able to love and live like all dogs should- even if only for a short while. Run free with love still in your heart but without pain over the Rainbow Bridge with your pals who have gone before you. ❤ 🌈

You Skylars are just one of those families. Clearly, Manny was loved and you took him in as if he been with you forever. Eventhough he touched your life for a brief time.... He had many great love experiences crammed into 2 yrs of love & life that your beautiful family gave him!! What a way to go!! Looks just like mine that passed away last month, had him for 10 years and was the best dog I ever had. Never growled at anyone, loved everyone that came to say hi and best temperament of any dog I know. Miss that boy

He died with the only people who ever had shown him love and kindness. You spared him the pain of having to die alone in a sterile kennel cage. Those last few months I am sure where the best in his life and he got to experience love, unconditional love for the first time ever and that is what he will remember. God Bless you,

I share your story , I adopted a dog that had been a research dog, I named him regal, he died this past December 21 of cancer in his intestines, he was 12 also. When he left he took half of my heart with him. Only difference is that I had him for a few years before he died. I tried to give him the best life possible . he was the best friend anyone could ever ask for and I will miss him very much for as long as I live. So I know the pain you feel and I am sorry you have to feel such a terrible sadness. Our dogs appreciate the love we gave them and that's what matters
i look forward to witnessing the historic day that animal testing ends all over the world. we are better than this... i choose to believe and have faith that humanity will change , that pups like manny
