- Puddin and I go deep sea fishing on our boat out of Stuart, Florida and we had an amazing fishing trip! We caught our limit of giant vermillion snapper, all on the hand crank with a chicken rig for snapper. I show you how to fillet a snapper and Cookin with Puddin whips up a simple yet delicious baked half shell recipe.

When I was 10 my grandmother lived in ft Lauderdale and she loved to fish and so did I whe used to go on drift boat fishing trips the first fish I ever caught was a Bonita, she had it mounted for me lol.. I still have it but one time on a drift boat they usually have a pool where you can put a dollar or $5 in for the big fish of the day and I hooked one of those red snappers that you are catching that was almost 35lbs won like $65 dollars I was happier than a gopher in soft dirt lol
