There are so many times where I am low on health and my healer is down and I just have to chess my way out of it. But every time I hear that big OOMPH like in the beginning. Instead of restarting my game and tryin the fight again it **ALWAYS** makes me see the end even if I lose. BEST SONG

So far, I’ve recruited the Eastern Continent, Ochette, and Cassti. Cassti’s chapter 1 boss definitely felt the hardest of the five for some reason. I’m glad they raised the stakes from the first game, that way the first bosses aren’t just “I came in with my level 20 protagonist and instakilled it”.

@@errorsheep Octopath is a lot of fun, but what did it revolutionize? It has a new/old graphics design that looks really great, and the mechanics are obviously based on SNES era FF games. But thats not really revolutionizing, just going back to what was great and never should have gone away. Don't get me wrong, I love the games, but they are not in any way revolutionary.
This game has the besta soundtrack ever! No joke, all the themes/songs carry só much feeling for w/e the situation and scenery. I always find myself paying more attention to the details in the songs rather than the gameplay itself. This game deserves so many awards... It's Perfect!

personally I don't like this theme too much...reminds me more of anime (I guess that's why it's not my thing) but the decisive battle themes in OT 1 were much better to my ears.

85 hours into the game and after watching this for the music, I just saw you can switch Castti's Concoctions from defensive to offensive....

Osvald probably got the tankiest boss, I was double the level I was for any other character and it took ages anyway
i tend to find the bosses easier if you are level 7 or 8.
At the end game I destroyed every boss in like 5 turns, I hope if they do the third game in the series to make bosses that can take a lot.
When i heard this in the trailer im so determine to play the game find this soundtrack never been so euphoric in my entire life
So sad Octopath Traveller is so underrated. 1 and 2 are amazing and got one of the best OST ever imo.

前作でよく突っ込まれた第1章の主人公一行の同行（大体テリオン編のせい）を撤廃して回想という形でそれぞれ単騎でチャレンジできるようになったのは良い改善点
動画に挙がってるソローネvsピルロも1vs1だからこその悲壮感もあるし
初めてソローネでやってボス曲に鳥肌😂しばらくボタン押せんかった。後ピルロでけぇー😂
