Literally tried to get money out at 6 different bank locations using Google pay. I have NFCU so I'm reimbursed no matter where I go. But not one of them actually worked.
Quick question does anybody know if you can use any type of bank card off your phone to access your money for a fee through phone pay or Google pay I should say?? I've been struggling trying to find a universal phone pay ATM and I can't find anything out there that has anything like that does anybody know which bank has that option?
Did anyone else go to an ATM with their older relative and have them try to use the car free access feature? Cuz there's absolutely no directions anywhere to be found even on the Bank of America app!
1yedMonster why would you EVEN use Wells Fargo? they STEAL your identity and open bank accounts ILLEGALLY without asking you? I hope you read the reports released by the SEC and the department of Justice.
I've been trying to figure out how to withdraw money without touching the ATM at all (to avoid COVID19). Is that possible? It is pointless if we still have to touch the keypads to enter PINs. I may as well use my ATM card.
I love BofA. but, I'm unable to see balance on my checking account on my cell/ their app. here in Ensenada. I was able to in Rosariti. can YOU assist me? thanks HUN
I have capital one...online banking. My card was compromised and they deactivated my card to send me a new one...I'm out of town. I'm able to get my numbers...I gotta the right atm to try this asap. Wish me lucki🙃
You guys are living in 90s. Here in India we use UPI interface. A revolutionary payment method. I can guarantee india is decade ahead in terms of digital payment.
No it does not, inserting the card is faster. By the time you open the app, wait for the phone to read the finger print and then the NFC reader to read it you have wasted 5 seconds or more than a just Inserting the card and putting the pin. Not to mention that you still gotta put a pin with Apple Pay. I'll stick to my plastic thank you.

How to activate digital wallet, check out below instructions. Open App. Then press Menu, after this you will see Manage debit card, when you click on this then you will see get digital wallet and press it, then you will see creating your digital wallet, system will send you authentic code for your protection, then enter the code and you will see creating digital wallet. Then there is tab which called " view debit card details" click on that and you can find all your debit card information such as 16 #, expiration date and coverage. Thanks
+Ijaas Imtajali having a PIN number doesn't bring your phone back to you if its Stolen. The point is if you don't have your phone your life is Stolen because you can't access your money and more
Oh ye the cardless card function that I never use lol. I don't see how is using your phone is faster than simply inserting your card and press on withdraw favourite button for instant cash?
Which bank is that? I live in Aus , currently no bank that I know of uses your phone like that other then cardless cash, Which isn't even using nfc like in the video above
how did you get to your debit card ? I have an iPhone 8 and can not figure out how to access my digital card, in the video you swiped up but mine doesn't work like that???hhhhmmm....please help
Lol most people still use the card today mostly cause the phone still has problems today which with some purchases can be annoying tho it’s nice to use
I am able to access my Account using my phone but once I enter the pin on the ATM, it always says I am not allowed and to use my card. BofA said to try to delete it from wallet, no go. Anyone else know why?
Does it only work on a mobile Bank of America card? Because I have a fifth third card and I lost the physical but it worked on the actual card but not when I changed it to mobile because I lost the card
Dropped my debit card inside the window slot of my car.....I have all the info on my phone so I may just leave it in there and not order a new one since it’s pretty much impossible to get out.
This seems more tedious than a card, actually. Or at the least, the same amount of work. Not to mention the fact that folks often have trouble operating the secure features of their smart phones, lose them more often than cards, and lastly - the types of users who typically withdraw cash - seniors - largely don't even have smart phones. I just don't get it. This seems like technology for technology's sake. It's not actually helping improve time efficiency OR security.
I have the opposite opinion. Left my debit card home yesterday and in an effort to make sure I could access my money, looked up options I had. I was overjoyed that I could use my Apple Pay to pay for purchases and surprisingly, use it at an atm. For one, I believe it’s even more secure than a debit card. With those hackers can strip your info off the magnetic strip, and what I really like is that even if a hacker gets your pin when they have your physical card, unless they have your severed thumb, they are going to be able to use your digital wallet
Four years later and people use it more than ever. Like all things, the technology improves and people adapt. I use contactless pay 95% of the time now including ATMs.
@@TIG5574Hi. Do you know if you specifically need a BankOfAmerica card to withdraw cash through Apple Pay at a BofA ATM? Or could you for instance use a Chase card through Apple Pay and still have it work at a BofA ATM, the way it would if you were using your physical card?
Yea sounds great except every little transaction is tracked and monitored. If I want to sell my Xbox to a friend or neighbor why on earth would I be subject to taxes on that sale I paid the damn tax when I bought it
Somehow this awesome technology never works when you need it to. 🙄
Yeaa really... Fuckin show me how to use the fuckin thing
Right!!!!!!

If i made a debit card in Mexico 🇲🇽 and currently I'm in the US may I use it please 🥺?
Why do u need to enter your pin, if ur phone is already using fingerprint scanning? That's more work. Might as well use ur card.
This REALLY came in handy that day I left my wallet at home. 💯💯💯
Saludos cordiales
I really love that so much

Was leaning on starting an account with BOA. This made the decision final.
This is just one tinier push towards a cash less world even though it doesnt look like it.
Exactly what I was thinking. Everyone celebrates now....😬

When you go to the ATM. Do you just tap with the nfc on...or do you have to go into your account?

thats rad, I hope other banks adopt this feature soon
In Malaysia, we haven't gotten there yet. Also, not every phones, even in 2018, have NFC.

Anz ATMS all ready have nfc on them I wonder when Westpac combank and NAB and bankwest will get it
tim gladman hopefully NAB will introduce this
why would you need to enter a pin if you're using a finger print to use the mobile wallet?
doubled the security? so if your phone is stolen the thief still need to know the pin to access your money
azlan mahmud lol what!!
2 point authentication
You still had to touch the machine
Actually that is more secure, at least they cannot get your card CVV just by throwing a cover on an ATM. (BTW, CVV is stored in the magnetic strip)
nah it’s not stored in the strip, only primary account number and expiry date
step 1) cut off the guys finger
wells Fargo is so behind. I can't even log into the app with my fingerprint
Probably on Android, but you can login using your fingerprint on the Wells Fargo iPhone app.

I recommend using the phone with biometrics (fingerprints). It is more secure that way (along with using a virtual or psudeo-code for your account.)

I hope Wells Fargo does this. They should start this too.

the only problem with this is how do you get in the ATM when the lock the door and you need your CARD to get in
This feature for ATMs is only exclusive for the US?
Because we don't have that in the Southeast Asia.

Sucks I can’t do this with PayPal digital wallet
Meanwhile you can't use a passbook anymore
What’s a passbook?
Do you need apple pay or something to do this?
I see most people started doing that is really beneficial

You don't open any app. Just point the phone at any PayPass logo and it wakes up as the PayPass reader wakes up the phone. Point and go.
Why don’t u put facial recognition on the ATM??
NFC is more secure. I am trying to switch to mobile payments as often as possible, rather than using my card.
What if your phone doesn't have NFC to use the wireless method
