Vintage Ray-Bans might have a "BL" marking to denote the brands original owners Bausch & Lomb,

And now, i just have bought ones with two BL markings on each lense...on the side and on the top, never seen it before.

What does T means in Rayban?
A few years back, Ray Ban has released a sub production line in the name of "Ray Ban Tech Lightforce". I guess the T you are referring to stands for Tech.
