Pangnyu Phom, Hon'ble Minister, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Nagaland as the Festival Host and Shri. M. Shami Angh, President, Phom Peoples' Council (PPC) as the Chief Host.

Phom and konyak was brother according to history but because of some strange villages we depart,konyak in Myanmar konyak in Auranachal Pradesh, if we still same tribe then even heavy wind may not touch us but still we are nagas long live phom monnyu
