So the biggest advantage of using the fine tuning model is that it will use less tokens (so it be cheaper?)

the upfront cost is higher as you create the model itself.
afterwards with every chat completion your token count is drastically reduced so in the longer run will be cheaper indeed.
also the model if properly trained with enough data will be really relevant to your business alone. but the training aspect can take a long time
