MASSIVE UPDATE
I’ve been using this for only 4 days in total now for 15 times a day. I’ve started using this because of how uneven my face was, along with the fact that my left side was better in every way compared to my right.

@@nnconfomiststoic888 I use good quality headphones (make sure mono audio is turned off so each headphone speaker plays a different tone). I sometimes loop frequencies overnight on a speaker as well. I’ve listened to each of them solo on and off for over a year (along with others), but recently i’ve been listening to them both (and only those two) and i’ve stayed really consistent. I also do daily stretching, massages, and exercises for my face as well as drink a gallon of water (boosts results). I listen like this:

I used mewing technique while listening. Research mewing and make it a routine bc it helps a lot. I just bought five packets of hard gum and chewed four gums in a day, two gums together in the morning, two gums together in the evening while listening this. I listened this subliminal in the evenings and nights only but also chewed gum in the mornings. And that's it, a 8/10 golden ratio face. It's not guaranteed to have it in two weeks. Before I had uneven nose, my left nostril was upper than the right. I had undefined jawline and my right eyelid was bigger than the left. In three days, my jawline was very defined I could see it in the mirror. It gave me the motivation and I kept listening. After a week, I couldn't see any difference but my jawline. When I first started listening to this, my face is feeling the sensation of tingling and I've been listening for about 1 hour straight and the second I look into the mirror, I was surprised that my jawline has a sharp angle from the sides, not only that but my cheek started to expand a little bit in a more chiseled way. Don't wanna get ahead of myself and get my hopes up, but at the start I felt some strain or pressure-like feeling on certain places of my face. As the video progresses, I literally hear cracking noises a few times inside my face/head.
@Moussa Senouci yeah I used to listen to this before and would always feel the pressure/strain on my face especially my jaw in particular. But then ofc I went through that phase of trying out various different subs (I think we all go through this at some point aha) and just got back to it today. But with a different mindset. And it was the first time ever hearing my face/skull make sounds like that.
Imagine a big jar full of pebbles. You dip one hand in slowly with your fingers going through the pebbles. Just imagine hearing that sound. It's very much like that. This continued to happen many times throughout the video. But at certain points in particular, I even felt the sound of the friction or some sort of shifting movement.
This might sound quite dramatic but again, I'd just like to point out that I came back to this with a different mindset. I guess it really does affect your experience.
@Moussa Senouci Well, considering I just started again yesterday, I haven't looked at myself for any changes yet. Personally, the pressure I felt and the noises I heard are what I consider as good signs. I'm not looking for results anymore. I just let it happen and keep an open mind.
Looking for results can slow down the progress because really everything takes time. When you're looking for the changes, and if you don't see what you thought would've happened already, you'll actually get disheartened and put yourself down without realising it.
But throughout my whole subliminal journey, I've tried various subs and there have been some changes. I will find an opportunity to pull up some pics together and upload them somewhere so you all can see. Hopefully that will help you all to have a little more confidence and trust in subs because that really is one of the key aspects in achieving results.

Wow, this really works! I took a pic of my face before using this, and one after three days. After measuring and comparing, I’ve realised that the things I really wanted to change changed the least, while things I weren’t really aware of changed a lot. It probably has to do with blockages. I didn’t know until after that my right side of my face was wider than the left side, but now it’s 100% even. Not even kidding.
