- MANY EYES is a new band fronted by Keith Buckley, the former singer/frontman for Metalcore stalwarts, Every Time I Die. The group includes Charlie Bellmore (Guitar, Bass), Nick Bellmore (Drums, Bass, Backing Vocals).
“Revelation” is the first taste of things to come from the newly completed MANY EYES album due for release in 2024. While the music will please long-time ETID fans, it digs deeper and is more panoramic in taste and tone harkening back to 90’s style hallelujah choruses that showcase the depth of Keith’s voice.
“This is an expression of who I am,” Buckley proclaims. “I’m letting the music do the talking. I really trusted my collaborators. I’m not interested in being known as a frontman."
The album and "Revelation" were both produced/mixed by Nick Bellmore and mastered by Randy Merrill (Cage The Elephant, Imagine Dragons, Foo Fighters).
The project is executive produced by Jamey Jasta (Hatebreed, Jasta).

I like that Keith is back…I just wish that it was with ETID. As much as I dig this new track and Better Lovers, neither is as good as the band I lost… If all the guys still wanted to play music then I wish they could have found a way to work through their problems to make it work.

I just found out about this. Every Time I Die was always one of my fav bands that I always thought didnt get enough props. When I found out the broke up I was sad. Had no idea they split into 2 bands. Im so glad that Keith has continued on this dude has one of the best voices in heavy music out there imo

Was literally about to say this, despite the irony, it would be a sick show
I really miss my jr.high days and being 1 of maybe 6 punks or nyhc kids. Growing up in NY LI and NYC I was exposed to so many great bands from the classic minor threat and bad brains to judge and youth of today and down to NOFX and lagwagon or even exploited or bulldoze , I even got into hip hop like atmosphere and necro , sage francis , or metal and trash , sod and old Metallica and slayer dri or anal cunt . I was also lucky enough to have a stepfather who was a musician and exposed me to bands like deap purple and led zep or Clapton and satriani and my first real concert was actually tom Petty at Jones Beach area which sucked because it was July and there was a moat of still water and anyone who knows anything will know that still water in the summer near a beach is absolutely teaming with mosquitoes. That and fat old hippies smoking Brooklyn brown seeded weed , but it was still memorable.
Music has literally saved my life many times , any feelings or mood or any situation I'm in I can always find a song or album or lyrics that can make it seem just little bit better.
It honestly feels like Mr Buckley is on a search for higher vibrational life. Etid although my all time favorite band ever, is pretty low vibrations with their message. Keith just wants something different for him and his family. Just an observation. The lyrics show this to me.

I disagree. He was the lyricist so he gave the message. As far as music, some of ETiDs instrumentations were very deep and high vibrational. Maybe they started as low vibration but they evolve later into an amazing band; as did Keith and his lyrics

I love it. Its ETID with way better musicians. Dont get me wrong ETID has a special place in my heart but I cant wait to see where this goes.

I don't understand how bands like this and Atreyu or countless other bands are still trying to make this scene happen again. It's just boring. Honestly feel bad saying this because I really enjoyed "Future Proof" by Many Eyes but it just reminds me that we need to move forward. I'm at the point where I will take a Led Zeppelin style band or hell even a Bon Jovi style. I'll tell you where I'm at: Last great band I got into that was new was My Morning Jacket.

Amigo the Devil, Knocked Loose, Kublai Khan TX, Aborted, Wretched Tongues, Gatecreeper, Pissed Jeans, Hot Mulligan, Bodysnatcher, IDLES, and High on Fire have all released new music this year, and that's just naming a few. That's not even counting the explosion of deathcore over the last few years, or bands like PeelingFlesh bringing back slam music. I mean I guess it all matters what you feel falls under the umbrella of "rock" but there's tons of shit out there, and it's ok if a band revisits old sounds, usually just means you get the nostalgia factor but with 20 years worth of better production capabilities.
