Taking screenshots is such a simple yet crucial part of keeping record of a trip. Fantastic advice that has saved me multiple times in the last few months.

Tip: call roc and inform them you are in a long line and report the delay under guard shack error.

Try to go to desktop version of the webpage. It'll show you the leg with disruption. It doesn't show on mobile version of the website. Yet on the phone you can turn on desktop version of the website (Don't know about other browsers, but on Chrome you can do it).

Thank you! Hoping they don’t ever accuse me of this again but inevitably, next time they do, I’m going to give this a shot. Historically, I have done everything in Safari on phone and never considered trying this. I appreciate this tip. 👊🏻🍻

I like the vibe in this one. Like we’re all just kickin around the fire pit drinking a cold beer.

Thanks, I still get nervous every time I hit record, not sure if that ever completely goes away. 🤓

This sounds like it is going to be a real mess with the new one appeal only rule. Keep us posted how this new rule works out for you.

Personally, I’ve managed to keep my grade at 100% for a little over a year. I don’t say that to brag because there has been some serious work involved.
During EVERY load I’m collecting evidence (screenshots).
      Hitting their geofence
      Getting my Y-check-in
      Attaching to trailer
      Exit code at gate
A few random in transit screenshots
And then repeat everything above at each new facility I go to
As soon as the load is completely done, I check my “last 7 days” performance to see if they got it right. If they didn’t, I do the performance dispute right there on the spot because all the information is fresh in my mind.
My personal feeling on performance disputes is it is better to be brief. I started out writing dissertations with mixed results
My typical performance dispute goes like this
“You allege I was not using app however it would be impossible for me to be in possession of these screenshots (which are available ONLY when using app) if that were true. I have included what I believe are the 5 most important, but have 27 more evidencing the app was being used at every step of this trip, they are available upon request. Please correct my performance score accordingly”.
Keep in mind, you only have to hang onto these screenshots until Saturday at midnight because once the new grade comes out and is “official”, they’re no longer needed. I’ve never had them lower my grade for something that happened two weeks ago. I have however had them suddenly mark me down on Saturday for something that happened on Tuesday, so they are good to hold onto for 1 week.
To Amazon’s credit, since they limited us to one appeal, they seemed to have gotten rid of a lot of the “fake stuff” (BS app usage claims). 🤞🏻it stays that way.
      👊🏻🍻

It is a full shame, that they would make you do this.

There is a lot of CYA involved in working with them

You talk a lot about early access, all the early access loads I've noticed are low paying, I've never been impressed with early access rates, I've accepted loads that were previously early access after they've become open to everyone, at that point, they're usually paying a better rate, my home area is Ontario, Ca, not sure if this makes a difference being in a high demand area

    • @STATTrucking
      @STATTrucking  ปีที่แล้ว +1

You are 100% correct, early access is not great all the time and sometimes the offers are less than non-early access loads. That being said, there are some loads I’ve only ever seen with early access:
      SAN5➡️SAN3 $200
      CNO5➡️SBD6 $200
      LGB3➡️SLA6 $200
With how I book loads, early access is crucial and accounts for >75% of the loads I book. The other 25% are the loads you speak of where the non-early access rate is just better.
I’ve lost it twice (both for six weeks) and during those times I’ve found myself working for about half of what I normally do.
