Notice how Ryan gives specific musical advice, and constructive feedback to the artists for the industry. Most of the others I’ve seen in this series are just into themselves and totally wanting their egos to be worshipped by the infamous person doing the cover. Ryan is a generous musician and knows how to mentor and collaborate with others. Kudos 🥂
When I just watched this, I literally thought this meant everything to me. I am such a fan of him ever since my middle school days and I am glad to call Ryan Tedder and OneRepublic musical inspirations in my music journey with them. I understand why they do what they do

Ryan Tedder, I think if someone sings well has his own style, age isn't that important, right. I listen to a lot of music the age or appearance doesn't matter to me, only the music interests me.
