That look of pure joy on her face after crossing the line...Priceless 😊😊. Congratulations to her, and each of the finalists.
I heard her scream also as she crossed the line.
Most consistently competitive event in the sport! 6 - 7 women have run sub 12.4s in each of the last 2yrs which is a record, could legitimately have 10 women do so this yr for the 1st time ever!
8 so far.
@@kauze_ Looking at 10 - 15 this yr :)
This Olympics 100mh will be something to watch....
yes especially after watching the US qualifirers. This will be an event to Watch
le sourire et la joie de ces femmes sont merveilleux et bravo à Cyréna.
Love the sportsmanship between the European sprinters, wonderful to see!
What impresses me most is that she has several stages that still need perfecting in her form..She could go easily 12.21 if she perfects her technique. Staring at potential Greatness here..wow

I love TH-cam bc the comments here aren’t racist at all. I hate going on Facebook and Instagram. They would be dragging this girl just bc she’s black and running for France and winning at European champsz
But if the young lady has been illegally trafficked into the country by a unscrupulous coach, isn’t it unfair that she now doesn’t represent the country she originally came from? Or what if she took the funding from your child, who lost her funding because this lady was given preferential treatment to reach her goals over your child’s dreams? Or is loving your child or a relatives child now racist?
Don’t get it twisted, you see those type of comments here too. Let them wallow in their bitter envious states, misery loves company after all
@@bobbugwithoneeyeskingiskin8974 lmao 🤣 where is this coming from. How do you know she wasn’t born and raised in France ? Tf is your problem. Preferential treatment my ass. White peoples have never shown preferencial treatment to black people anyway. I think my initial comment went over your head. Go ahead and get some rest grandpa
@@John858_So you believe in human trafficking then? It was called Slavery once, but change its name and you are all for it? Typical modern thinking by people that want all national sports to die, but don’t realise that is the consequence of their twisted liberal thinking! Tell me, who will fund or watch it if the people that represents you, don’t like or respect you! Because like Hollywood and the Arts are finding out, once you dislike your customers, your customers have the right to walk away and do something else! Globalists are destroying unique cultures all around the world so people like you can find a McDonalds in every town! Virtue Signalling is the tool rich dumb people use when they haven’t the intelligence to see what is happening all around them, but will walk lock step with whatever is the fashionable thing to do and say at the time! Germany and the Soviet Union both succumbed to the newish fashions! We all came to regret their decisions too! Stop being a sheep and saying what you think you need to say! Start looking around and ask yourself, is this for the betterment of Mankind or is there something else going on?
@@bobbugwithoneeyeskingiskin8974 Waw, you sound so bitter at every comment you leave...
She litteraly built that victory, by staying steady for the first 60% of the race then augmenting the pace when her competitors were getting close to (or at) their maximum cadence. So clever, and what an achievement after years of training !
European Athletics reps: +5 minutes full replay, including full race, pre, post and slow motion highlights

Thanks European Athletics 🎉
This century is crazy. You're telling me no one ran this fast since 1999 the latest?
no european woman, yeah
Well, they''ve been, and continue to be, overwhelmingly white, so, understandable.
Previously drug testing wasn't as rigorous.
@@61jsIt still isn’t!
Yeah. So?
Well done, Samba! Great sprint.
Watch out for this runner in this yrs Paris Olympics games!!
4:22 é o mituto perfeito
Sometimes I wonder what these commentators see, Samba Mayela led from the first hurdle, Kambundji never got ahead of her at any stage!!
Even the commentators have favorites, unfortunately. They have called several races in these championships where they ignored who was actually leading the race and were talking about who they thought would win.
Amusan watching this👀👀👀
If this french black queen hold her nerves at paris olympics she will get the gold medal for sure....!!!!!
She's def a threat, as also is the very young Kambundbji. The USA is very stacked, along with Jasmine Camacho (PR) and Tobi Amusan
Tobi Amusan of . Nigeria will be watching and smiling
🤞we will see 🇫🇷🇫🇷🥇🥈🥉
Why
Comacho Quinn and Devin Charlton and Keni Harrison aint having that
Samba Mayela looked good in this race and will represent France well on home soil. Cant wait to see JCQ and Tobi's response.
Samba is beautiful ❤
Is she the same Kambundbji as 100m finalist?
No. The one here is the younger sister of the 100m runner
Mujinga is the 100m winner. They are sisters.
Oh. Thsnks!
Nope little sister
No, the younger sister

Her name sounds like a Disney movie to me, she is very pretty. :)
The fastest time by a girl who lives in Europe.
🤣🤣🤣 French, European....
If the doped cold war athletes' results are ignored, this probably be the the European Record.
You think they are not doping now? That’s very naive!!! Plus the tracks, shoes, training equipment and medical staff has improved a thousand fold! The Triple jump at this games had a raised platform that had extra spring! Guess what… everyone were jumping P.B.s! This is unfair to Johnathon Edwards who broke the World Record on sheer talent!
@@bobbugwithoneeyeskingiskin8974 Only 3 were jumping PBs ( which is normal for such events), the others were already great before that
@@bobbugwithoneeyeskingiskin8974 shhhhhh
It IS a European record. The commentator said it. He could've made a bigger deal about it though lol
@@bobbugwithoneeyeskingiskin8974 We are not in the cold war and state supported doping-based competitions between the US and the Eastern Block no more exist. Also, we are not in 90s and early 2000s, the period that the integrity in doping controls was not set yet. Since 2017, Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) exists. All the medalists in women's 100mH were already elite athletes, and they compete in all major championships, Diamond League, and continental tours indoor and outdoor. This means that they are subject to both frequent regular and random tests by AIU. They have biological passports. Therefore, if there is a doping case, that will show up generally in a year. Until something like that happens, everyone has to assume they are clean. For example, the current women's 100mH world record holder Tobi Amusan is under investigation for a year, since she missed three random tests in a rolling 12 months in previous year. Even though, the first disciplinary tribunal decision accepted her defense and uncharged her, WA objected to the decision and the case in CAS now. Again, this case is not about using prohibited substances or something, it is about only missing random out-competition tests whereas her all regular and other random tests are clean. Doping controls in athletics are this much strict now. So that I am not naive but you do not know the process very well.
Super run!
Super dominant performance but Amusan is waiting. You dont want that smoke 😉

Why is the Women’s race only 100M when the Men’s is 110M? For all other distances, there is parity.
The hurdles are also shorter.
Natural selection 😂🤷🏾♂️ men are naturally stronger, taller, faster, and bigger than women.
Men need more stride length in such a short distance, so they are spaced apart further which adds 10M
Seriously...your one of those Americans who thinks women and men are the same. They are taller stronger faster. The WNBA wont lower the rim cause they are not a basketball league but a girl pal cult.
@@metalboarn6174makes since. The 110 male hurdlers tend to be tall and the women 100mh are shorter. Probably accounts for distance and height of the hurdles.
