17:50 it is the vehicle approach system (preventing the car making a buzzing type sound when driving in EV mode.) and rain sensing option can be desactivate on the wipers comodo switch. the buttou you showed as "rain sensing" is call windscreen heater, mainly use in cold country when your wipers are stuck due to ice. get your fact checked before you do a car review
