10-MAJOR-PROBLEMS due to this fuse if this is gone bad, the following problems occur.
1- condenser fan or relay won't work properly
2-AC is not cooling properly or it runs according to its own mind, ECU FAILS the control over the AC.
3. The engine will be going to configure itself properly and your car hesitates to start or the engine won't start.
4-Radiator fan will not run according to engine temperature.
5-AC pipe i.e Condensor pipe will heat too much thus causing malfunction of the AC system
6-engine will over-heat and abnormal noise come into play without any noticeable vibration in the engine
7-pickup drop in hill station areas or in the inclined road.
8- the black smoke problem will come.
9- ignition coil will not function properly thus heater plug will not work properly.
10-low mileage and poor engine performance issue will come.

10-MAJOR-PROBLEMS इस फ्यूज के कारण अगर यह खराब हुआ, तो निम्नलिखित समस्याएं हो सकती हैं।
1- कंडेनसर फैन या रिले ठीक से काम नहीं करता है
2-एसी ठीक से ठंडा नहीं हो रहा है या यह अपने स्वयं पर निर्भर करता है, ECU AC पर नियंत्रण को खोता है।
3. इंजन इसे स्वयं को कॉन्फ़िगर करने जा रहा है और आपकी कार शुरू करने में संकोच करेगी या इंजन शुरू नहीं होगा।
4-रेडिएटर का पंखा इंजन के तापमान के अनुसार नहीं चलेगा।
5-AC पाइप यानि कंडेन्सर पाइप इस तरह से ज्यादा गर्म होगा जिससे AC सिस्टम में खराबी होगी
6-इंजन ओवर-हीट करेगा और असामान्य शोर इंजन में किसी भी उल्लेखनीय कंपन के बिना खेल में आएगा
7-पिकअप हिल स्टेशन क्षेत्रों में या ढाल सड़क में जायेगा।
8-काले धुएं की समस्या आएगी।
9-इग्निशन कॉइल पूरी तरह से काम नहीं करेगा इस प्रकार हीट प्लग ठीक से काम नहीं करेगा।
10-लो माइलेज और खराब इंजन के प्रदर्शन का मुद्दा आएगा।
The ECU also continuously monitors the engine
temperature, & switches off the AC if upper limits are exceeded.
All the sensors are also monitored continuously, and
a fault or trouble code is stored in non-volatile memory in case of a
fault, & the Check Engine Light comes ON.

This is engine from Peugeot 106 1.5 D but reduced to 1.4L and with add Turbo and intercooler. I planning to mount this turbo to my peugeot

Yes you can use this turbo in 1.5 engine but please adjust the waste gate accordingly otherwise 1.5 will ruin the turbo faster.

Sir, I've Tata Manza. The radiator fan doesn't run even after running 10 kms. But the fans work when AC switch on the AC. Even if I ride 200 kms with AC the temp doesn't go above 30%. But the temp goes up without AC.
Please help

Bro I have tata nano 2011 model car in it suddenly the radiator fan didn't work and beep sound plays in dashboard and didn't climb the hilly areas play sound continuously playing while hill drive and I noticed that fan is not running I've checked all the fuses and relays I didn't found any thing and I've given direct connection to fan from battery what's the problem and AC also not giving chill

Fan is running in normal condition or not also did you checked the temperature sensor
For ac check the gas pressure and ac gas pressure sensor
