To a vicious killer of innocent children able to attend mosque services and move in a prison population where he is glorified. yeah, he literally asked childline about wanting to kill someone and yet they didn't do anything. maybe that call or session on their webpage shouldve been documented or recorded because no way they would let a young person get away with wanting to kill someone. he clearly had violent tendencies from when he was expelled from school at the age of 13. I wonder how he went to a young boy at the age of 11 who appeared on the BBC to a mass murderer. its crazy, really. had he been nine days older at the time of the crime he would've gotten a whole life order. he was nine days away from his 18th birthday.

Have just read on msm that Rudakubana’s parents DID request help for his violence at home a number of times. It was not the case that they did nothing. They were failed as well. We must remember that there have been cases where children have even killed their own parents. He was going out of control from about 13. Any parents who have very difficult experiences with violent and disturbed children must feel some sympathy for them at least. A very dangerous young man at home with knives. How must his mother have felt? To be afraid of your own child…They kept reaching out for help and they were failed!

People, stop being stupid. You don't understand our sentencing system. It's not 52 years. It's 52+18+17+whatever else, and then a life sentence on top of that. It's 52 years MINIMUM until he's able to be considered for parole, and even then he will be 100% denied parole. He then has to serve the 35 years, and then he's up for parole again, but will be denied and be dead anyway. Even without the 87 years minimum, he would be in prison for the rest of his life. 52-to-life doesn't mean he's getting out of prison.
