In the mobile version, the fart jetpack is located somewhere in the little area where you spawn in the moon, the balloon one is located in the lab but you need all microscopes, idk about the fly one tho
I managed to get the Jetpack without killing the sand worm. Though killing the sand worm didn't give me the bobba fett costume, probably because I rode it into the laser lolz

you will need to go into flight school, collect all the flies in it

The sand worm is broken but they look slower then when it was in beta I think they nerfed it

Hes on a diff version so if ur on mobile and cant get the flypack then thats normal
