what I am a bit confused about is the fact that you didn't use the controllable profit/Controllable net asset formula. The head office decision to upgrade HG without PG will affect the ROI in my opinion. So it will be nice to understand why you chose the formula Profit/Net asset.

From memory you have to answer the question asked ? They will have asked for the calculation based on net profit and net assets, what they say in the narrative . You must not assume in this exam and base your answer on what it should be to be fair or remembering a previous question. This controllable bit will form part of the narrative.

Oh gosh that is a shame. Are you using Chrome and clearing your cache? That should work.

@@jotuffillacca Ma'am what i meant from a blank sheet was that i do get to the practice platform where there is a spreadsheet and word processing sheet to practice things.
But i have no idea how to access these questions, as the questions area shows "This is a Scenario" that's all till the end

WHERE CAN I GET STANDARD SOLUTION FROM ACCA?

They are on the CBE platform once you have had a go at it and exit it then you will find them under mark tab.
