i’m the minority, but i feel that grill makes the front end look so menacing
I hated it at when BMW introduced it but it has certainly grown on me. So much so I think im gonna order a g80 lol.

It’s the spooly boy under the hood, bigger turbos give you more of that real engine sound without them being in the way it has a lot to do with why the S 55 sound the way it does

If Nissan or Toyota 100% focused on an inline 6 and had the budget . We wouldn’t be discussing the S58. I doubt it’s really in a league of its own. How are we coming to this conclusion. Please post.

@@stevem2323 I’m scrolling and everywhere I go the 2jz is being mentioned or they are calling this a 3Jz. More irritating if anything. 2jz stock bottom end handles 1100whp. People have ran stock blocks on 1700whp. The S58 is great but bringing up a Toyota engine that was introduced in its final form minus “VVTi” in 1992. People should stick to comparing bmw engines to bmw engines.
