31:45, we use "alt" for devices (screen reader) which reads out page content for those who are blind and cannot read except braille, if we write something like "a lady holding a dog" in "alt" of that image, the voice reader automatically reads the following after paragraph. So that they could imagine a picture of lady holding a dog.
