For shinee's comeback. It was not rushed because they have been planning for it for a while and wanted to it before their 13th anniversary and before taemin's enlistment.
I agree with the bts opinion! I'd actually like to add to it a bit if you don't mind. Dynamite and butter got alot of attention - more than their Korean songs did especially with these 2 songs getting radio plays and getting Grammy noms and I think people are frustrated that it was only the English songs getting all the attention. I know some people genuinely dislike these 2 songs which is fine, but I think there are a few that dislike them for the hype they got over their other songs. Long story short: I think if both their English music and Korean music were treated equally and got the same amount of hype and excitement, there wouldn't be so much debate going on. Great video btw!

BTS releasing two English songs in a row without a Korean comeback isn’t a problem. Those two English releases topped the charts and one got them another Grammy nomination!
omg wait actually thank you so much for this comment lol, there was a whole other part to that sentence that somehow got cut off?? the beginning of it was supposed to say "I really don't think people realize what their issues with bts's English releases are, but its that they don't like change, basically for the majority of people *the part in the video*" lol I really don't know what happened there! personally, I really like bts's English releases, butter was definitely in my top 15 favorite songs this past year! but yeah! the original opinion was definitely supposed to be more broad? and more of a 'shower thought' than a real opinion I guess since everyone likes to say things about their English songs!

lol if the fourth-gen started in 2018, I would consider 2020 to be still near the start of the generation; the opinion was more like a group that debuted in 2017 couldn't be a third-gen leader since it started like five years before that!
