When it comes to power Cleopatra defeats all women. None of the Sultanas of the ottoman empire were directly in power, either they were regents, Haseki or Valide.
They did not have power to change their life partner.
Cleopatra had multiple affairs and changed many many male partners.

Suleiman had punish Hurrem and im begining he went with other women too even after many years he started going with other women too including after her death with Gulfem but Sultan Ahmed clearly was devoted to Kosem he build clearly Blue Mosque for her favor and he let her involve in politics even if he was against it before! Kosem is very inspiring and she is the greatest Sultana of all and one of the greatest Muslim women
