I've grown Thailand veraity guava before but in containers.but looking at the size of that it's definitely worth growing directly in the ground.also the protection for the fruits are amazing since fruit fly is the major problem in fruiting plants.time to air layer and shift my guava's in the ground.

Your video is of great help as I am also tying to grow a Thai guava plant in the little space I have around my flat (I pray that the Nursery who sold me the grafted plant, is genuine). That Thai guava is a' creeper' plant , and needs so much care, I learnt from this video- so thanks for that. I have 2 more Guava trees which bear nice fruit but they are all getting infected due to fruit flies laying eggs in them. Could you kindly advise me how to protect the fruit from insects especially the summer yield ? Also, for all of you, May I share an old dictum of India- " Uttam krishi, doyam vyaapaar, niman chaakari" ie top most profession are firstly, agriculture ; secondly, business and lowest form is 'service' under some one else! Also, is pruning of a fruit tree including guava trees recommended and when? Which month pruning should be done ? Will pruning not harm the tree and reduce the yield ? Warm Regards.

बहुत सुन्दर, मैं पहली बार इतने बड़े अमरूद देखा।और मैं चाहूंगा भी इनसे अमरूद मंगवाना, ताकि मैं अपने पूरे परिवार के साथ साथ पड़ोसियो को दिखाऔर खिला सकु।साथ ही परम्परमेस्वर से चाहूंगा कि इनका फार्म दिन दुगना रात चोगना तरकी करे।

I've grown Thailand veraity guava before but in containers.but looking at the size of that it's definitely worth growing directly in the ground.also the protection for the fruits are amazing since fruit fly is the major problem in fruiting plants.time to air layer and shift my guava's in the ground.

Congratulations also to the three friends ,Mr. Gursharan,, Mr Neeraj Dhanda and Mr. Kamal Jeet, for being so enterprising May God bless you all in you new venture. Your video is of great help as I am also tying to grow a Thai guava plant in the little space I have around my flat (I pray that the Nursery who sold me the grafted plant, is genuine). That Thai guava is a' creeper' plant , and needs so much care, I learnt from this video- so thanks for that. I have 2 more Guava trees which bear nice fruit but they are all getting infected due to fruit flies laying eggs in them. Could you kindly advise me how to protect the fruit from insects especially the summer yield ? Also, for all of you, May I share an old dictum of India- " Uttam krishi, doyam vyaapaar, niman chaakari" ie top most profession are firstly, agriculture ; secondly, business and lowest form is 'service' under some one else! Also, is pruning of a fruit tree including guava trees recommended and when? Which month pruning should be done ? Will pruning not harm the tree and reduce the yield ? Warm Regards.
