It’s really a shame that H&O didn’t become mainstream hit makers until the 80s for the most part. I think that some of their best material are songs like this, before they went heavy on the synthesizer. Don’t get me wrong, I like the 80s hits that they had, but a lot of those songs seemed like they were all tweaked from other similar songs, whereas the early stuff all seemed to have a unique personality to each song. Just my opinion.

Can’t say, I disagree with you… Of course, to me, one of the hallmarks of a great H & O song is T-bones baselines.
