Queen's arm or cream sponge cake

-6 eggs
-150 gm. of sugar
-200 gm. of pastry flour
-Rosé arm filling
-400 ml. of whipping cream
-7 tablespoons of sugar
-For decoration
-2 tablespoons of sugar to burn with the burner
-a teaspoon of pure cocoa powder
