This vacuum worked really good when I first got it. Now the motor runs but there is no suction. I didn't see any obstructions. I don't know why there is no suction. Does anyone else know? I would appreciate it if someone could tell me.
On my Vacuum the lights don't go on, and the brush inside isn't spinning . When I apply pressure both work for a second or two, but then after that it stops? Am I doing something wrong? Is it faulty?

Have you checked the filters?
MIne said only 3 years guarantee! andd the battery stopped charging after 5 months

What does OL stand for? I am trying to charge my sweeper and the readout says OL. It hit 59 and then OL.
