@@masoodraja Totally agree :) It's only one possibility of many, I'm fascinated by the situations where one type of capital can transform into another. Other people must believe the pair of oxen are truly the best pair, the oxen might have measurable traits or just a great mythological story to verify this claim. Owning becomes a synonym to monopoly in this situation. But if we can't convince other people of this, it's just a matter of personal taste/opinion. Other pairs of oxen can claim this "best" title too.

I'm studying the topic of postmodernism and postcolonialism and I'm confused. Could you also list some literary works in the domain of postmodern postcolonial literature please. Thank you. There are obviously differences between the two: a text can be postmodern without being postcolonial and vice versa. The only way you will know the difference is by reading up on both and then making up your mind. There is no simple yes and no answer. I will see if I can record something specifically on it. @Nader Nabil Yes, the basis of symbolic capital is capital but it’s economism is hidden or, as Bourdieu would say it, misrecognized.
