The beautiful Green Park Inn has graced the Blowing Rock community for over a century, and entertained many remarkable guests, including Eleanor Roosevelt and Marilyn Monroe!
Missed to point out the Green Park has a few ghost. I saw one back in the Fall of 1984 when they use to have a breakfast bar on Saturdays downstairs. The downstairs dining area was a bit dark and I saw a figure of what looked like a man from the 18th century standing by a fall looking towards me and then it was like he moved backwards and vanished into the wall. He was not in color but almost like a b&w photograph.
Great piece on the Green Park Inn! Obviously a very nice place to stay while in Blowing Rock NC!
