The l21b w/sbt 90.2 is an incredibly powerful light, especially for the price, but I do recommend getting the 3x21d w/buck driver for longer runtimes as it uses 3 21700 batteries instead of just one like this one. Both are awesome, if you need super portable high power for short times, this is good, if you need more light longer and don’t mind the larger size, get the 3x21d

Another great video! I would like to have really flat land to compare all my lights with but my body is not built for 100 plus degree weather.... I'll just have to stay here in the mountains and shine them off the top. Lol
Lol, thank you. I want to go out to the salt flats, where there’s zero plants or trees hindering my lights full potential. Or I want to go to the top of a mountain. Problem is, here in the valley everyone builds homes by all the mountains close by so I’ll stick with my spots for drone shots.

What would you choose if you had to? The Wurrkos TD01C with buck driver and SFT40, or the L21A/B with the SFT40? That’s my current dilemma.
L21b all day everyday. It has a reflector(better looking beam)and throws almost 300m further than the td01c. The td01c is nice with the double tap turbo and usb c charging, but there’s no flashlight that compares to the l21 w/sft40

@@LUIZSilva-uv4mkhe was asking about the wurkkos td01c vs the L21b. The sbt version is awesome! Either one is great, sft40 or sbt90. The L21b is one of the best lights you can buy, sft40 and sbt90.2 are the best leds

I see nicer the L21A than the B if both are the same internally I think the fins on the A ensure better cooling.
Is that so?
I want the best launcher in a led and battery and I was looking at the TS30 Pro but I have seen that it is the worst in duration of all models with the 90.2.

Which has the farthest throw between the convoy 3x21d, L8, & sft40 l21b....also which can hold high and turbo longest most useable
Furthest throw is definitely the 3x21d by over 600m. The 3x21d can hold high for a very long time as it is a big light with a lot of mass. Out of all of them the 3x21d is the best imo. It’s an amazing light. Thanks for watching.

the turbo how long lasts and what are the lumens?
4-4500 lumens and it lasts maybe 90 seconds before step down

How would the convoy 3x21d vs the acebeam k75 do on run time, heat
I don’t have a k75 to compare it to, but I was running the 3x21d on turbo for like 20 mins off and on and it didn’t get too hot and it was over 100 degrees outside

@@universalrebel503 lol, I can’t blame you. It’s an absolute monster of a light. If I had to choose between the 3x21d, the L8, or the L21B w/sbt90.2, I’d always choose the 3x21d. It’s really impressive

hey there brother so thanks for showing us these flashlights so i know witch one i want to get mow lol also i just seen on amazon there selling the convoy L21A with SBT90.2 led and its has way better heatsinking then the L21B so thats great i was hoping they did that but yeah you can get that light for only 60 dollars wright now on amazon witch is crazy but yeah love these lights and cant wait to get one

Did you buy the L21A?
I want one with the 90.2 and I don't know if the A or the B or the TS30 Pro the latter I think is the worst but it has faster turbo 2c and charging port.
I didn't know the L8 if it has a charging port it looks like a good buy.
Ya accounts if it carries the high lumens in time which is what I'm looking for.
The TS30 Pro drops the lumens in minutes to a very low value I think at 500lm.

thoughts on a sbt in something like a fenix wf26r form factor
Not a good idea as the head of the wf26r is only 40mm. I think a sft70, would be a much better choice if you want to upgrade the light. I did a mod on my Fenix Pd36r and put a sft40 in there and it’s awesome! Thanks for watching
@@marcgossling8260 cool, what is the interface between the lens and the head, how is it held together, on the fenix?
@@sc6802 idk about the wf26r, but on the Pd36r there’s a lot of glue on the threads, but it will loosen completely once heated up to 300degrees f. The bezel unscrews right off the body
@@marcgossling8260 thank you so much for the response, the machining between the bezel and the head, it’s very precise in such a way it looks like it could be one piece, I’m sure it on screws as you say.
@@sc6802 yes it’s on there tight and there’s a lot of glue. It needs to get very hot to loosen the glue. Wear gloves and be careful if you’re going to try it
I have the L21b in sft40 and in cslnm1, and actually I like more the cslnm1 because I can run turbo for longer and better tint, I was thinking in getting the sbt90.2 but I already have a TS30S PRO, so I buy the 3x21D instead jaja
Lol, this is a good light for people who don’t have all those lights, granted I have all those and more, but I was going to make this light and it would have cost me a lot more to make it than just buying it for $52. This is the new budget sbt90.2 and it’s amazing.
@@marcgossling8260 yeah I use to build my powerful lights but nowadays between convoy, wurkkos, sofirn etc they really fill the need for a high end taste without goin broke
@@eljefe9913right!! I have the TD01 on the way from wurkkos, I got it for 35$ lol. It’s so much cheaper to just buy the light from convoy and wurkkos and they make it way better than I could lol

@@jonskitch8082 lol, my work is better than a lot of these companies. You don’t need to own a flashlight company to do too notch work. The L21b sbt90.2 led and driver would fit perfectly in a l21a. I’m just saying it can be done. Easily

It would also get too hot. If you want a tiny sbt90.2 I’d recommend the Manker mc13 v2 w sbt90.2
