    Customer Reviews:
    Nafeeyu Ahmed, SAP CRM Consultant at Cognizant, says, "I am an SAP CRM Consultant in Cognizant wanting to learn Salesforce as early as possible and complete Certification. Initially when i called edureka regarding my requirement of completing salesforce training i was a bit skeptical to choose between the local center which offers in house training - then i spoke to one of the edureka reps regarding it - First i taught what he was offering i.e Online Class / Support Team / Study Material n al were just a trick to convert me to a sale - But i was Wrong - he took my requirement seriously and gave me a very convincing plan to complete my certification by the date my company had wanted me to complete it - it was a matter of trust that had payed off for me Now i am a Certified Salesforce Administrator - A Big Thanks to Edureka!"

    I want to calculate public holidays with company leaves. so how can i calculate ???

    • @edurekaIN
      @edurekaIN  5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hey Aljiwala, "Assuming your working week is Monday to Friday you should be able to calculate the number of working days between two dates using the following Apex.
      You could enhance this to determine your working days using the BusinessHours object if you wanted to.
      01
      public Integer calculateWorkingDaysBetweenTwoDates(Date date1, Date date2)
      02
      {
      03
      List holidays = [SELECT StartTimeInMinutes, Name, ActivityDate FROM Holiday];
      04
      05
      Integer allDaysBetween = date1.daysBetween(date2);
      06
      Integer allWorkingDays = 0;
      07
      08
      for(Integer k = 0; k < allDaysBetween ;k++ )
      09
      {
      10
      if(checkifWorkingDay(date1.addDays(k), holidays))
      11
      {
      12
      allWorkingDays++;
      13
      }
      14
      }
      15
      16
      return allWorkingDays;
      17
      }
      18
      19
      public boolean checkifWorkingDay(Date currentDate, List holidays)
      20
      {
      21
      Date weekStart = currentDate.toStartofWeek();
      22
      23
      for(Holiday hDay : holidays)
      24
      {
      25
      if(currentDate.daysBetween(hDay.ActivityDate) == 0)
      26
      {
      27
      return false;
      28
      }
      29
      }
      30
      31
      if(weekStart.daysBetween(currentDate) == 0 || weekStart.daysBetween(currentDate) == 6)
      32
      {
      33
      return false;
      34
      }
      35
      else
      36
      {
      37
      return true;
      38
      }
      39
      }
      Then you can subtract it from the number of days in total that year to get the number of leaves.
      hope this helps. Cheers!"
