If you mean in terms of ramping his mastery then yes he does

Not sure what you mean by power ceiling
@@phatphil117 The maximum amount of damage a character can do
Going to depend on mastery there, SLKR probably can hit the hardest once his mastery ramps up
This video came out in time I'm so close to slkr
Obviously need the datacron and ult to use this strategy but even as the cooldown datacron goes away this will still help
@@phatphil117 I havent grinded datacrons at all but it was still helpful now I know that I shouldn't mess With LV
Datacrons might not be the most fun but they are here to stay and extremely important now

It’s not a dodge cron, the dodge crons have too much chance involved
