I really hope this Meltzer/Zodiac thing becomes a running gag...I have the same reaction as Jack every single time.
Seeing this as the top comment has me insanely excited about this episode. I absolutely loved that joke last time.
Best promo of 2022 is easily Bobby Fish's "Folks, where's the lie?" Crowd gave it the Brian Lawler pop, had goose bumps watching it! -Just like I imagine I will have when Jack goes to the Italian restaurant with his laptop-

Ross loving Celtic for no reason gives me life
With the Ricky Starks / MJF corner they've booked themselves in, you have Ricky win the match via intentional DQ or count-out. MJF follows that up with a promo scathing Starks for failing to beat him for the title and now he goes to the back of the line and has to earn another shot.
Cue MJF going on his self-title reign of terror while Ricky Starks racks up wins with great performance after great performance. We get closer to and closer to MJF's contract running out in 2024 and, finally (FINALLY), Ricky Starks gets a match on the last Dynamite (or PPV) before MJF's contract expires and wins the title.

There’s another part of the Hakimi story, Spain didn’t pick Sergio Ramos (who also plays for PSG) and when he scored the winning penalty Hakimi did a celebration he does with Ramos

I can see Cody portraying Fuego Jr. Cody's dad Dusty wrestled under a mask a few times as the Midnight Rider and as a member of the James Gang during his years working for Crockett. If Cody did something like that, that is clearly an homage to his dad.

So, Rampage is by no means must-see TV.
Huge AEW fan here, and I don't know, even during the "good" days of Rampage, I didn't watch it live.
Let me tell you, even though Rampage isn't a highlight of any week, it's a fun way to wake up first thing Saturday morning, sipping coffee.
Since the video podcast was late, I started listening to the audio version, but something was missing. Now everything is fine.

Remember when people thought Private Party were better than Street Profits? That was a fun week in 2020.
I agree with Maffew on Darby, I appreciate what he's willing to do to his body but I feel his matches are extremely formulaic these days. A squash win for Joe doesn't do anything for him when everybody dominates Darby, Darby needs to outwrestle the low card guys and only be squashed by bigger threats.

Sometimes some wrestling fans have got peanuts for brains
But then again half asleep jack can't even remember what he just talked about most of the time
Like for example
Covers the Review then asks who won the other 3 way to face Alexa next week
But Ross wasn't that much better
Literally maffew had just gone through the notes of the regal segment from dynamite & seconds later maffew explained how regal turned on mox at the ppv
Ross asks was this taped before the ppv
I know there's alot to remember but come on
Starting to think there wasn't going to be a podcast today

Just got tickets for a live dynamite and rampage for a few weeks. Hopefully dynamite picks up and isn’t random nonsense for ROH.
Alexa is on the same level as Becky and above nikki she didn’t need damage control to win that triple threat and bray is a slow burn it’ll work out
