This is an old video, there are no 3 layer windows anymore, the Regatta is now 8.5 oz not 10.10 oz

We ar looking to add a Bell tent to our off grid & outdoor channel, I cam across this after doing a rather legnthy research for our new tent. Thank you for the video, can you tell me a little more about the floor of this tent please. I am looking at it as I rematch the video and if I am seeing it correctly, it is laid in there and then connected to the sides with toggles. Thanks again for your time to answer, we have subbed your channel and look forward to not only hearing back from you, but seeing more of your products in the future.
Thanks again and have a blessed and happy new year my friends,
    Dale

I just bought one of these as a temporary residence because my house burned down 2 weeks ago. I am setting this tent up on my property, but the only suitable area for it tends to get wet/ flooded during heavy rains. I am in the process of building a platform for it to avoid any problems with the water, but do you this think is necessary? I live in Southern California so rain is infrequent, but when we get heavy rain, a small river goes directly through where I'm setting it up. Do you think water will get in?

It's not necessary, but if it's going to be a more permanent shelter a deck is recommended because that helps protect the tent from dirt, water, bugs etc. Do note though that these are not made for permanent use, it's not a replacement for a home or shelter. There are always things that might go wrong that are beyond our control like harsh weather conditions or other acts of God.

Is this tent a great one for long term and tent stove

It has a stove jack for up to 5 inch pipes. It is great for long term / 4 season camping.

It's waterproof. But if you wanna camp out in a CAT5 hurricane...you might have a few drops inside.

I just comment this exact comment on your other video:
Ijust looked at the video for the 13 and for the 16 and both of them are the same exact video, same exact tent, you in the same outfit and the same air mattress inside the tent. Your loosing me dude. I’m just trying to make the right choice.

Is it Bear proof? Did you see the Netflix movie "Back Country?" If you didn't you may wish to watch it, since its based on a true story.

The tent is bear proof by surrounding the tent with a moat and landmines. That is what I do and it has proven to be 100% successful so far.... will keep you updated.

A good way is an electric bear fence but make sure it goes into the ground they will try and dig underneath a few inches? This with a controlled zap will not harm the bears, just tell them who is boss, after saying this bears are smart and so very Beautiful! If you get into watch movies and can't fathom the idea of being bear poop, stay home!
