  • The Pentax 55mm f/1.8 is a classic prime lens that is renowned for its excellent image quality and fast aperture. Its 55mm focal length is great for a wide range of subjects, from portraits to street photography, and its f/1.8 aperture allows for low light shooting and beautiful bokeh.
The lens is constructed with a metal body and features a fully manual focus design. It also has a unique "clickless" aperture ring, which makes it perfect for video shooting.
In terms of image quality, the Pentax 55mm f/1.8 delivers sharp and contrasty images with minimal distortion and chromatic aberration. It's a great lens for anyone looking for a high quality, affordable prime lens for their Pentax camera.
Thank you for watching our video on the Pentax 55mm f/1.8 lens. I hope you found it informative and helpful or at least entertaining.

I love these videos! I always look forward to them. Most people just show us the lens and then point it at some very uninteresting or typical subjects, just boring us to death. You take us on an interesting and moody perspective trough the eye of the lens, with smooth narration to match the shots. Very entertaining stuff bro.

Thanks so much . I def know what you mean about most videos about stuff being boring . Like show me what you can do with it . Lol . I try my best to use only the lens for the video as well , sometimes it’s really challenging but always fun . So happy that you liked the video and have fun watching it . More to come …..

Very atmospheric and artistic shots. This video convinced me to buy this lens. I was seriously considering SMC Takumar 50mm f1.4 but I think this one will be enough for me. Thx
