It all looks great Dan. I kept looking for the "tortilla" then realized it is what we call a "torta". Basically an egg based dish, similar to a quiche or even an omelet. Actually, torta has 2 meanings where I am from. It is either an egg dish or a sandwich made with bolillo bread (we grew up calling bolillos francesitos aka little french breads). So many different definitions using the same words. LOL

We missed that one, sadly! Most places were full to the brim with tourists, lines were long and you had to eat standing up.
