Dear Sir I am using Zong 4G WiFi device at home. While configuring mevris app it again again says disconnect your WiFi and reconnect it. Also in setting no place icon appears. What is the issue and how to resolve it.

ye jhot bol rahe hain mene ye May 2021 me liya hai 96000 ka 1.5 ton but app nai chal rahi orient wale bakwas karte hain k mobile se control hoga complain b ki orient walon ko but itne din ho gay masla hal nai howa or ab na call othate na mails ka jawab de rahe
Orient support is just a peice of scrap!!! Mevris app not working for this model. Their t support team is just helpless. Why they advertise such features which are not working!!! Very strange!!! Wouldn't not recommend Orient anymore.
