Ginga is definitely the most different with its setting, the show itself did not really feel like a typical ultraman series with self contained episodes, attack forces, etc, however with its budget, its understandable why it was made the way it is along with its message about dreams that I think Tsuburaya themselves needed to hear. And luckily enough it managed to help Tsuburaya gain back some of their money and help redevelop the interest for Ultraman. Great insight on the video. Hope to see the next one.

Ginga will always hold a special place in my heart as I remember watching it when it first came out in 2013. An despite all the glaring budget constraints the show had, I think the message about having dreams for the future is a good one. I feel Ultraman Ginga is a great starting point, but I always inform those who haven't watched it that Ginga was made when the studio was at it's lowest point in their history.
Yea Ginga is a fun series, and honestly the budget doesn't really seem that bad when you're watching it. The low episode count probably helped the budget spread well too.

This is a very impressive video. The editing and review are done so well. I hope you will eventually get more attention in the future. I have love and hate relationship with Ginga. On one hand, Ginga is really REALLY different compared to standard ultra show. The backstory of everyone turning into figures which become a transformation item really sound silly to me. The lack of defense team is also a major turn off for me including the reused kaiju and set. But at the same time, the story is actually not that bad. It's pretty enjoyable and send the message really well. Even though the fight is not that impressive, seeing Ginga pulling all his sick move really made it up for me. The character is enjoyable and the final EP is so cool. But in the end of the day, we still need to thank Ginga for actually giving Tsuburaya a fighting chance to show Bandai (who become their parent company) that Ultraman still can be a profitable IP. Thanks to the series, we still have ultra series running to this days! :)

I personally thought that Ginga was a solid series and nice start to the introduction of the Ultra series, I actually really liked it’s simplicity. But I can also see why people don’t like it too.
@@evangodzilla I'm gonna be honest , I really liked Ginga now that I think about it. The cast is among the best I've seen in the franchise , Hikaru is an extremely likeable protagonist/hero like Musashi from Cosmos , It's certainly better than Trigger.
