I’m going to Pula this summer with my friends. Do you know any hidden gems, worth to visit or any places which are not so hyped or only known by locals? And is there any beach, where we could play volleyball?
@@oli_brtln@oli_brtln I think you must visit the Amphitheatre, the forum and Zero strasse, also the island of Brijuni. What we all really like is Rt Kamenjak and the Safari bar. You can play volleyball in Valkane, Medulin and Pjescana Uvala. And Pula has really beautiful beaches, Havajsko beach, Umbrella beach, Pjescana Uvala near the Batana bar on the beach and of course Rr Kamenjak. There are many more beautiful beaches.
I've been in Pula for a week and I took your video as a reference for my visit, and let me tell you something: it's very complete and perfect! Thank you very much! We had a great time!
Hi Rok. My wife and I are on holiday from Australia and visited Pula yesterday and for your info, The Zerostrasse tunnels are indeed open at the moment. Thanks for your videos. We watch them right before visiting a town and they're very helpful.

Is Pula worth visiting? Pula is very interesting town and it is definitely worth visiting if you are already in Istria. I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to visit Pula. But if you are already visiting Istria, then yes. I will add that Pula is beautiful city in Istria with lots of Roman and Venetian buldings ..
Great video even though I’m just now seeing it. I’m planning a trip to Pula in September, only for three days, because I booked it too late to coordinate certain things, but I am still looking forward to it because of my love of history and interest in the Roman Empire. I managed to get a hotel right in the center which is quite beneficial for me because I have multiple sclerosis. But your video helped me see that I can probably see most things I want to see. Thanks for sharing your expertise on this subject.
We are going to Croatia next Week, and we will visit all the places that you recommend and more 😁Quick quastion what type of camera you are using for filming. Great job, we love it. Thank you
Croatian women are beautiful, and I saw for myself. During my summer vacation in Croatia, I met a beautiful Croatian woman who is now my wife. I also recommended to a friend to go to Croatia to find eternal love for himself, he listened to me, now he also lives in a happy marriage. By the way, I am also from Belgium.
I love it ❤️ and I made a reservation but I don't have any idea about the first step from the central station waht should I take bus or taxi to my sweet this is my first time visiting pula
Thanks. It all depends where your accommodation is and how much luggage you have with you. I usually try to use public buses as they are much cheaper than taxi. If you use public buses ticket can be purchased directly from the driver and the price is 11 kn. The ticket is only one way and is valid for an hour. Here is useful link www.buscroatia.com/local-buses-pula/ If you will use a taxi ask for price before the ride.
Congratulations on your analytical, synthesis and communicative skills! This is an excellent video and I believe you should be a teacher. Do you know of any sandy beaches around Pula? Can be artificial like in Rovinj.
Thanks. Well a tour guide is sort of a teacher 😉 I don't know about any sandy beaches in Pula itself, but I believe in nearby resort Medulin there is a sandy beach.

Do you think one day trip from Venice to Pula will be okay to just see Arena and city center, and then back to Venice?
