This is the only Eden live register I've found on the internet, and it's damn glorious. Completely unexpected they played the original version last part at the end. I cried it all.
Peter Abud unfortunately we never will. Dan and Jay have both said the band as a group collectively don’t like the song have said they don’t like how it turned out. sad cause it’s a great song.
Not going to get into who's better... Ashe or Dan. Just in my opinion, Ashe's vocal style was more fitting, especially with regard to the mood of this album (Altered State). Two very different styles. I just think for this album, Ashe was the perfect fit. And what a treasure of an album it is. Honestly, a rare gem. Also, thanks to Troy Wright for introducing me to this band. Without whom I would have never been turned onto Animals as Leaders. Seeing him with Plini opening up for AAL was a real treat.
I really wanted to see a full set from this tour! This is my favorite band but I'm from Chile so there's no hope for me to see them live. This video is the closest live experience that I could have right now. Thanks for this upload, dude. I really appreciate it.
TheCrowing It has. I've seen the live in Moscow (Russia) the other day they after I discovered them in 2010. For the moment there were only "Deception", "Lament" and a bunch of old demos available so we didn't know the songs. But they started out both shows with "Lament"
TheCrowing it's quite correct @ Setlist.FM, the show was on May 4th. I bet "Lament" was opening song for most of shows in 2010. At least before they released EP
@35:07 Tesseract link the unified field theory to love, merging science and emotions, and prove we are all equal, all loved, all want love. All while creating metal that blows your ears off.
Garrett Warman “the new singer” shows how much you actually Know lol. dan was the original vocalist and has been killing it since his return. He makes Ashe look like a newbie.
Why are you guys not getting to the point? Dan is an amazing vocalist, so is Ashe, why belittle one over the other? It makes no sense. Both can't hit most of the notes recorded mostly because of exhaustion. You are one of the few reasons why people get to hate the bands, starting fights over who is better.
It's not real... He used tons of backing tracks live :/ I saw them live and he was quieter than the track. As much as I wish he was as good as studio he's far worse.
I was at this show. I mainly went to see Cloudkicker, who were absolutely amazing. I was excited for Tesseract. But they were just... Awful... Ashe was being drowned in backing track. All the lead guitars were backing track. Ashe said he was sick. Few years later tour manager was bad mouthing Ashe, said he didn't enjoy being on tour and his vocals couldn't handle it.
Dan uses backing tracks way less than Ashe did. He seems a much more solid live performer. And IMO he's a lot better at interpreting Ashe's songs than Ashe ever was with his.
Ok, since youre a fucking idiot I wont argue whit you. All i have to say is this: You are devaluating people who gave their lives to learning and doing this for real and you re there sitting on your computer and just saying that, is not just an insult, is stupid as fuck. You cant even understand music since you compare musicians like if they were all the same. You can bet you are better than everyone else but you know what? I bet you know nothing about singing.

+tribikram adhikari 54:00, my friend
Same here. That's hands down my favourite Tesseract song. I'd love to see/hear it live with Daniel!
Peter Abud unfortunately we never will. Dan and Jay have both said the band as a group collectively don’t like the song have said they don’t like how it turned out. sad cause it’s a great song.
The same reason I came here! Looking for Eden and here it is in all it's glory ❤️
There is online a live version with Dan in the One tour (full 7 min )

I will have to disagree. Have you ever heard Dan singing Altered State songs? It's something truly special I must say.
Holy shit this might be one of the very few shows they played Exile, goddamnnn
Thank you for this. I'm the one with the red shirt I front of Ashe

Ashe has improved so fucking much it's unreal! Even in this show he is sick, and you can still tell the improvement!
Damn why did Ashe have to leave? his voice is just glorious
RIGHT!? IM SO PISSED!
Neither can the new singer
"the new singer"

No room left on stage, so he had to stand in the crowd and watch.

Not a single song from Of Reality ;-;
It's my favorite
Dan is great too but wow I wish I could have seem them with Ashe. His live range is truer to what you hear on the records
It's not real... He used tons of backing tracks live :/ I saw them live and he was quieter than the track. As much as I wish he was as good as studio he's far worse.
Needs moar pedal hat/too low in the mix.

I find Ashe so much better than Dan in live. In studio both are amazing but i got a preference for Ashe.
Where's Acle?
on the left
01:01:03 is so fucking metal
39:47 playback??? Oh my god, no!!!
:(
Ashe is at least 1,000 times better than Dan.
+Eric Nordrum im sorry to be the one to tell you music is an art, not a sport.
+Lucas Gader Thank God. Can you imagine how many participation trophies Dan would get if it were?

Eric Nordrum lmao
Actually he can't. He uses falsetto not belting like Ashe
