    雞蛋7只 - 7 eggs
    西蘭花1個 - 1 broccoli
    小乾貝50克 - 50g of dried scallops
    牛奶100毫升 - 100ml of milk
    糖半茶匙 - half tsp of sugar
    粟粉1茶匙 - 1 tsp of cornstarch
    白胡椒粉少量 - a small pinch of white pepper
    鹽半茶匙 - half tsp of salt
