Hi Aiye, My wife is currently employed by a shipping company in the UAE as an HR, Admin, and Account Assistant. She has almost 3 years of experience in the same field and a first-class BBA(HONS) TOP UP DEGREE and higher-level Higher Diploma in HR Specialization. Please help me understand how to begin the 491 & 190 visa processes. Please provide a brief explanation of the application process. because we are unsure of what to do first. Please Explain. Thanks

Thank you brother for the clarifications. Unfortunately I couldn't login for the online session. I have already received 491 invitation from ACT in July. I accepted their invitat 42:33 ion and made the payment before the dwadline. I got the acknowledgement but there after I didn’t get any update yet. Will they reject my invitation with current allocations? Please share your thoughts. Thanks you in advance 🙏🙏🙏

I don’t think it will be cancelled. Never ever heard something like that. Getting delayed more than 12 months is possible as it napped before. I hope you will be getting within the current published times

Overall there will be an effect. But health sector is the least affected

Machn I have Pharmacist work experience almost for 8 years and my wage paid by cash and if I don't have any epf or etf documents is it a problem when apply to DHA. I got my assessment pass and they ask me to sit the exam.. but assessing authority didn't assess my work experience is this would be a problem for me when I apply to DHA?
So what u r saying is ur work experience was not assessed? What did they say in the skills assessment result
@@Daddy360 APC is assessing the qualifications only its not mandatory to them to assess the work experience and they said : my work experience does not meet their requirements but i may submit the work experience documents when applying for the visa to DHA.
So my question is
1. When i submit to DHA. Will epf and etf effect the Process?
2. Assessing authority didn't include my work experience in the assessment out come so is there a chance of rejecting my work experience from DHA end.
Thanks for the clarification. Some assessing authorities have two types of assessment one for qualification only and the other is overall (qualification plus work experience assessment), if you are not meeting their requirements for a work experience assessment then it’s a risk to claim work experience points. Because in EOI if you give your self high points and DHA assesses less points then ur application will be rejected. But there is fair chance of becoming successful as well. But there is a risk. If you get work experience assessed by the council then u have peace of mind.
People usually get qualification only assessment to claim partner points or to apply for other types of visa.
I’m not in the best position to advice on this.
Now that u have the assessment try securing a job can come here on a 482 easily u can transfer to a pr later down the lane.
