Tanto potencial que tienen Rugal y Goenitz para ser tanto personajes jugables legales como jefes poderosos y en el juego los recortan demasiado como jefes y su versión jugable no esta del todo bien adaptada.
Ojala SNK vea esa oportunidad de oro que tiene en algún KOF futuro.
