Go to a place that does Swedish massage or relaxation massage and specify that you like a really light massage and hair played with. They’d be happy to accommodate.
Last massage I got had me have a leg spasm so hard i nearly kicked my masseuse in the eye. Like massages aren’t bad but i am not the Pillsbury dough boy 😭
Massage therapist here (responding to the comments) be clear with your therapists what you want. Here are many different types of massage. Also... Most of us can do this kind of work, ask for a light relaxation massage with scalp & face massage. 🤷
